Description
+3,000 sunlight hours (+8 hours per day) and temperatures as high as +40ºC make possible Dominio de Alma.
Monastrel and Syrah combine to produce a very powerful wine but gentle and fruity.
Appearance: Clear, medium ruby
Nose:
Floral – blossom, rose
Black Fruit – blackcherry
Herbaceous – tomato, grass
Spice – white pepper, liquorice
Palate: Dry, medium acidity, low tannin, full body, flavour – black and tropical fruit, almond – medium finish
Barbeque lamb, pork sausage, lentel soup, wild rice and shitake mushrooms with black pepper and soy sauce
