Description
An exceptional wine from vines selected from around the Cuesta del Monte de las Vírgenes (Cuesta Manvirgo). From there, according to legend, the Vestals tended the fertility of the land. The results is a wine with a great structure and slow evolution.
Nose: Palate: Dry, medium acidity, low tannin, medium body, flavour – cinnamon, vanilla, asparagus, tomato – medium finish Dry-Fried Green Beans, Delightful Tofu Stew with Shrimp and Edamame, Preserved Eggs and Tofu, pork tenderloin & lima bean stir fry, Black Pepper Salted Pork Belly, Red Curry Chicken
